A Preview of Five Featured Products

Material innovation supports the development of home appliances. At this Canton Fair, SuperTech will present product and technology updates focused on thermal insulation, thin profiles, and appearance. Through continued technical development, we aim to support lower energy consumption, better space utilization, and improved appliance quality, bringing innovative materials into everyday use.

SuperVIG® Decorative Glass Panels

Expanding appliance design options through color and texture

280e59d6abbf664b1130a2e4581c6f69

Manufactured on in-house production lines, the SuperVIG® Decorative Glass Panels on display offer both high- and low-temperature screen printing. These processes provide a range of colors, patterns, and textures to meet different design and application requirements. Applications include decorative panels for refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, as well as kitchen appliances such as gas cooktops, dish sterilizers, and microwave ovens.

Testing covers coating adhesion, hardness, resistance to acids and alkalis, household detergents, abrasion, and aging. These evaluations address both appearance and durability in everyday use, supporting quality improvements in home and kitchen appliances.

SuperVIG® Vacuum Insulated Glass

Transparent insulation for designs that keep contents visible

96248aa8d164bad09b4a0e4f030ef8c6

Insulation design for refrigerators and freezers needs to address both energy consumption and usable capacity.

SuperTech’s conventional Vacuum Insulation Panels have a thermal conductivity of ≤0.0020 W/(m·K) and a thin, lightweight construction. They can reduce the space occupied by insulation while meeting thermal requirements, supporting energy efficiency and capacity optimization.

Suitable for refrigerators, freezers, and refrigerated storage cabinets, the panels can be customized in different sizes and shapes to accommodate various product structures.

Ultra-Thin Vacuum Insulation Panels

Thin insulation for space-constrained designs

In compact products with limited space, each area requires careful design.

Ultra-Thin Vacuum Insulation Panels have thermal conductivity as low as 2.0 mW/(m·K), equivalent to 0.002 W/(m·K). Available in customized thicknesses of 1–5 mm, they feature a fold-free edge design and optional flexible, bendable forms for curved surfaces and complex structures, providing additional insulation options for confined spaces.

Applications include thermal insulation for electric vehicle traction batteries, consumer electronics, and in-vehicle refrigerators. We also welcome discussions about customized dimensions, thicknesses, and shapes for localized insulation in home appliances.

Metal Vacuum Insulation Panels

Metal encapsulation for high-temperature insulation

61632b2e1de154913f57976330d330c2

For appliances that generate heat, reducing outward heat transfer within limited installation space is an important part of insulation design.

Metal Vacuum Insulation Panels combine a SUS304 stainless steel enclosure, a heat-resistant inorganic core, and laser-welded sealing to integrate vacuum insulation with metal encapsulation. Thermal conductivity is ≤0.0018 W/(m·K), with the core VIP measured as low as 0.0006 W/(m·K) under cryogenic conditions at −170°C. The panels have puncture resistance of ≥207 N and meet the A1 noncombustibility classification, providing another material option for high-temperature insulation.
